[Closed] Viki on Roku
Watching Viki on my TV using Roku earlier this week, the picture went out but still plays sound. Where I am just happened to be super windy and rainy and thought maybe that was the prolem since it was happening to other streaming services.
Now that the weather is back to normal (sunny, light winds) the other streaming services are working fine, but my Viki is still playing sound but NO picture. Please help!
