Hi, I am unable to watch any shows on viki at the moment. I'm getting an error called "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported" I have tried to log in again, refresh my page and use another browser. It did not work. Could anyone solve this problem please? Thank you.

Ive solved the problem, Didnt see the other post before I made this one, lol. Removing the cache is the solution. :) Have a beautiful day.
what did u do?im having the same prob...what do u mean by removing cache...?
Yes, look up on Google how to remove the cache/cookies for your specific browser/app. Idk which one you use so I can't give specific steps. Just write "how to clear cache and cookies from chrome" for example. Or maybe use Firefox or anything else if you use that. Good luck.

i am having the same problem; and tried restarting the pc, clearing browsing cache ... and still not working; and unable to contact viki's human support

Niestety , wyczyszczenie historii i cookies , zrestartowanie komputera nie przyniosło spodziewanego efektu.

Having the same issue. I`ve tried with different browsers. Log out and log in again. No option to contact support or report the issue in the platform. Can someone please assist on that?
