[Closed] Viki videos will not load

Was watching a show and right in the middle the video stop and said "this media could not be loaded, either because server or network fail or format has been suspended" so I cleared my cache, updated browser, restarted my pc , and a few other things just to get back on the websites and every show I try to watch it says the same thing. I do not know what else to do

thank god there's someone with the same issue. i was frustrated and sent a request to viki with the screenshot. i thought there was something wrong with my pc.

Same thing for me... 
I did all the manipulations requested, but nothing worked.
Test on another streaming site, no problem.
I'm waiting for the 2nd response from Support.
The problem must come from their server.

Mine started working again, I think they are working on it because I did nothing after posting about it and went to bed. After I got back on the site, everything was working.
