[Closed] Subtitles are off time
All of the videos are off time. I’ve been watching Viki for years now and lately all of the programs are off time with the subtitles. It’s very annoying. I thought it was just one or two, but every show I watch be it a drama or variety show is quite a few seconds off. It makes it difficult to watch/comprehend what’s going on. Can this please get fixed ASAP?!?!?

We're sorry that you're experiencing this subtitle out of sync issue on Chromecast. Our team is aware of it and will be looking into it as soon as they can.
