English subtitles obscured by chinese characters
On the series named Legend of Fei, the english subtitles are on top of the chinese characters which makes it very difficult to read past the text as the two are on top of each other and when the english subtitles are shown it disappears very fast....any reason or help on this?

Several Chinese shows have hard subs, which means that the Chinese subtitles are embedded in the video itself and cannot be removed.
For such videos, we automatically add a black background behind translated subtitles to make it easier to watch. You can also alter the background and subtitle colors to make them more legible.

Lamento leer que los subtítulos de tus dramas favoritos todavía no están completado. Ten en cuenta que las series y películas de Viki no son subtituladas por nosotros, si no por nuestra comunidad de voluntarios. Aprende más acerca de nuestra comunidad de voluntarios aquí.
Cuando los subtítulos de un drama no aparecen, significa que la comunidad no ha terminado de subtitular todavía. Es sólo cuestión de tiempo para que terminen.
Si deseas solicitar subtítulos en cualquier idioma para un show en particular, por favor llena este formulario y haremos todo lo posible para subtitularlo.
