[Closed] Updated Viki to annual and being charged for monthly fee and yearly fee

Hello, I was having a payment issue on my monthly renewal day. When I went in the app to add my new payment information I upgraded to annual. At that time I was charged a monthly fee and the annual fee. The annual fee started 11/4/2022 and the monthly renewal date started on 11/4/22. It seems like I’m paying twice for November. Will I receive a credit for the monthly fee that was charged on the same date as the yearly fee?
