I am frustrated with this issue as well. Had same thought about refund.  Love Viki but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

3. [Closed] Why aren't you unlocking year-old dramas and variety episodes?

If that is the case, is there some way we can get advance notice as to what will be expiring?  It is really frustrating to have a program disappear, especially if you are in the middle of watching it.
