[Closed] Viki app not working on TV with Roku

It's been 48 hrs. and the Viki app for Roku still not loading. There's no way to uninstall/reinstall app because it doesn't connect. Many subscribers are losing their benefits with their Viki Pass...

Viki app worked on my PC laptop just fine. BUT, that's not what I want to do, dragging out the HDMI cable, etc. Please get the Viki app to work on TV with ROKU.
