Turn on device, went to Viki, no Chinese or English subs to be found. Don't get me wrong, many of us are polyglots that can decipher the storyline, but subtitles every 2-5 minutes does help. Thank ...

Same here, subs out on Roku. The whole app is experiencing this issue. Help!
