Just tried using Apple TV and the subtitles are working on my LG tv. So it may be a problem with Roku.

Same problem, The Point Men works OK with subtitles on my macbook pro only, but not my tv's. I have an LG and Sony. First time I have had this issue. I am also using Roku.
