I have the same technical issue and submitted a video and system specifications to Viki today. I hope they can at least allow access to content soon and hopefully re-evaluate the pin thing soon.

If trying to account for all consumer needs make this a profile level setting versus the current ask. It is annoying and wastes time.

Agreed. Other apps have ability to set levels per profile. Is this something Viki can do?
