[Solved] Viki not working on TV with Roku device
All other streaming channels are working on Roku/TV, except for Viki. I am experiencing the following issue: all of a sudden today Viki stopped working. The circle spins and takes me back to the Roku Home Screen. I am paid up on my subscription. I have performed all the troubleshooting recommended by Roku and Viki. At one point I got a screen asking me to sign in to my Viki account and link to Roku which I did, but this did not solve the issue.
Please resolve. Thank you.

Your not the only one having the same problem, their are quite a few.
Having same issue. Did all recommend steps too. Viki is only app not working.
Same issue and troubleshooting failed. Roku update today to 11.0.0.
Same issue I just sent in a report I tried deleting and redownloading and nothing has fixed it

It's the same issue for me, and I just updated Viki on my Roku, and it's aggravating that I can't get to the home screen and watch anything!
Having the same issue-followed all the trouble shooting steps of removing/installing-log off/sign off off/log in/sign in and its still not working.

It also made me log in, but it continues to go to Home Screen. When will this be resolved?!?
Viki app worked on my PC laptop just fine. BUT, that's not what I want to do, dragging out the HDMI cable, etc. Please get the Viki app to work on TV with ROKU.

I started binge watching "Another OH Hae Young" yesterday. I paused on episode 15 at 1:30 this morning. Woke up to the not- working buffering issue. Please fix soon. Thank you!
Last night and until now, still not working 😴
My workaround: When the menu becomes visible while Viki is loading I select the left direction arrow on my Roku remote. This takes me to the menu where I can select mylist and the program and episode i want to watch. Hope this helps.
I tried uninstalling & reinstalling Viki version 22.4 on my Roku. Still not working yesterday or today 4/21. I left feedback on the Roku. The channel will attempt to load for about a second or two and then just goes back to the home screen. Unfortunately the left arrow workaround did not work for me :(
Same problem. I went to load the app today and I was logged out. Logged in using the code and poof the app crashed. Now when I try to load it and attempts then crashes again.
it’s been hours now. All I wanted to do was watch Queendom 2 and watch the episode before the new one. I hope this gets fixed soon :(

Viki is not working in Roku, hoping you guys can fix it as soon as possible, because we are paying the right account for the subscription..Thank you.
I tried clicking on the Viki App on my Roku Ultra streaming device and it froze up the Roku device, had to unplug the roku ultra and restart it. Viki app has been a problem since Wednesday when it updated to the new version. Viki needs to reimburse us for our subscriptions....
I'm having same issues on roku for over 23 hours. Please fix.
Wish they would give an update or some sort of timeframe to having this issue will be resolved.
