[Solved] videos not playing, only subs running
this has happened since yesterday evening. none of the videos would play. it’s a blank screen abd the subs are just running. there’s also no updates on viki twitter…. how disappointing!

Our engineers have gotten back to us and this black screen playback issue has been fixed. Please try to log out and log back in before trying again.
If you're using a Safari browser, please remove all external displays and sharings before trying again.
