[Solved] Subtitles don't work in any drama
I tried with Spanish and English subtitles but they're totally off, the don't work. I also try playing several dramas and the same, subtitles don't show up. Please help!

Same here. I’ve done some research and this has been going on for quite some time, yet viki hasn't fixed it.
i don't see the sub!!! in all the drama
Same here. I was watching story of Ming lan on firetv and when I started watching the next episode, the subtitles suddenly disappeared. Tried a firestick, roku, apple app, chrome cast and went on their website and no subtitles.

NO SUBTITLES!!!
1. Removed App.
2 rebooted Roku
3. confirmed Roku is up to date
4. reinstalled Viki
5. subtitles worked for one episode and disappeared when it advanced to the next episode. "*" defaults to "German" when my Roku is clearly setup for "English"
6. track 1 is German, track 2 is English etc.
7. must I remove app and reinstall per episode????
8. you developers must realize, these problems all started when you added the option to toggle multiple languages. it's already been one year!!!
