[Closed] Roku: Subtitles/captions (EN) do not display in any show
Roku Premiere. EN subtitles. Subtitles set to On always.
All shows are affected, no subtitles appear. I haven't used the Viki app on my Roku for a while due to being out of town, so I don't remember the last time they worked, but they were working fine the last time I used the Viki app on my Roku.
No error message or any other info.
Subtitles are working fine in other Roku apps.
Troubleshooting attempted so far:
- Turned subtitles on/off repeatedly via the * button on the remote
- Turned subtitles on/off repeatedly via the "CC" option at the bottom of the video playback screen
- Restarted Roku
- Removed and added Viki channel back
Nothing works to resolve this. Appreciate your help with this.

Same here. It was working and it was not.. I checked all my settings. Logged in logged out, checked updates but still not working... Please fix the issue, it is so irrating..
