[Closed] Issue: Subtitles out of sync

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by subtitles going out of sync for certain shows. We are aware of this and the team is currently working on a fix.
We'll be providing an update as soon as this is resolved.

Doctor stranger has the same problem too.. i‘m afraid that when the problem is fixed, the drama isn‘t available anymore in my country..
Please fide it for 'Pinocchio" drama also.

Portuguese subtitles are out of sync too. I'm trying watch doctor stranger but subtitles have delay
Starting today, the subtitles in ALL of the episodes in ALL of the series I have tried out are out of sync in Learn mode. The Korean subtitles are lagging in all of them. Please fix soon, thank you so much
EDIT: A lot of it is fixed now, thank you so very much!! I really enjoy using this to learn Korean, it has helped me so much! Thank you for making this a feature on your site.
GO Go Squid is having the same problem.
Go Go Squid Episode 12 subtitles are off by about 3 seconds
In healer is the same problem. Pleas fixing that problem too. Thanks in advance :)

For Last Empress, we see on our end that it's back in sync. Please log out and log in of your account and try watching those episodes again.

Subtitles for Wok of Love episodes 8 and 9 (maybe more? ) are still out of sync
