Why is there no number to contact direct regarding issues. How long does it take for someone to respond
Mine is working but with commercials despite me having paid days ago! My “ticket” is just siting open and they are doing nothing to help.
Subscribed to Viki Pass Plus, deducted funds IMMEDIATELY but still no benefits.

I went back to the upgrade for Annual Plus
Message says...Error Your order is processing. Your item will be available in a few minutes.
Not so.... Waiting more than a few...
Maybe Viki is lying (asleep) right now...
It troubles me that I believe what they offer... An immediate upgrade. It says so in the email confirmation- 'immediately'. And they don't deliver what they say in writing on their app...item will be available in a few minutes. BS. Instead of watching I am hear writing about their non available services.
I logged out and back in several times. Still showing Viki Pass Standard. If you say available immediately or... processing. Your item will be available in a few minutes... And these statements prove to be wrong then you are a fraud or incompetent or both.
