Timed comment display enhancement

When timed comments are overlapping, it is impossible to read them since they are too close together.

It would be nice if the comments remains displayed for a minimum amount of time on screen and subsequent comments are stacked below.

Or have a little (user-defined size?) chat box of say 5 lines and perhaps even allowing scrolling up or down in that box
