[Closed] App keep on crashing

Hello. I have a full yr subscription. I noticed since yesterday that my app is acting up. 1. I can’t cast to my chromcast. This I figured out how to resolve. 2. It keeps on crashing. I can play 1 episode and problem recurs. It says I am offline, but my internet is okay. I logged out and log back in and it is still the same issue. I uninstall and re-install. It will work temporarily then problem comes back. 3. When problem occurs, you can’t see any history and any show selection. Please advise. Thank You, Tina
