[Closed] Payment Issue

I added a new payment method and it says there was an error processing it and to update it. I updated it again and it still wouldn't work. I used the payment method (a prepaid card) at another store just fine. I then uploaded a completely new payment method (a different brand of prepaid card) and I am being told that payment didn't go through either. For the last two years prepaid cards have worked. I just want to renew my subscription (the card I uploaded is activated, with more than enough money on it). I am not getting any real help to resolve the issue. I have been directed to their help page, but it doesn't help with the issue ai am having.
