[Closed] Help pls

Hi there, I have not been able to use my Viki app on any of my devices for two weeks. I have emailed several times, posted, emailed and logged a service request to the company viki uses to address this issue but nothing has been done. All I have received is an email acknowledgments in different languages, has anyone had this issue before, not sure what to do as I am guessing, Viki will close this request promptly but not address the issue. It just seems odd that this gets immediate attention but I don’t get a resolution for an account I paid for
