[Closed] Did not got my subscription

I bought the subscription for the pass, through Apple’s app. But now I cannot watch the shows because it is says that I need to buy the subscription.

    We understand that you are still being asked for a subscription even if you mentioned that you've already paid for one. As this involves your account details, we will be reaching out to you privately via a ticket on the Help Center.

    Please help to respond there too as this post will be closed to prevent multiple requests confusion.
