[Closed] No logger have my Viki Pass subscription
I’ve been using Viki for years now, I got the email back in December about the price change and didn’t think it would effect my account. I just logged in to watch my shows and noticed episodes were blocked off. Looked into my account information and realized I’ve been completely unsubscribed and it’s telling me I need to now start paying more money for me to watch my shows. I’m not sure how that would have happen but I’m pretty upset, I’ve been using this for years and to be randomly unsubscribed and my subscription just disappear is a bit upsetting. Anyone know how to fix this problem? I can’t find an actually section to submit this directly to Viki
