[Closed] Unauthorized email address change and lost of paid subscription 2/6/2023
Permanently deleted user
Today 2/6/23, someone changed my email address without my authorization, thus making me lose the annual Premium subscription that I just renewed in Nov 2022. I have had account with Viki for a long long time.
Please help solve this and restore my subscription. Thank you!
