[Closed] Did not receive QC Pass

I canceled my subscription before I became a QC and my subscription expired yesterday but I haven’t received any information about the Viki Pass benefit. Now I can’t subtitle because the shows are restricted to Viki Pass but I don’t want to renew my subscription now because I wouldn’t be able to use the benefit.
