I am having the same issue. Come on VIKI, you used to be the best, but seem to be slipping lately.

 I am having the same problem and have reported it. Go to top of page and use "submit a request". the more people the faster I think.

3. [Solved] Roku app - episodes close randomly and or refuse to load

I am also having this problem. Have deleted the app and reinstalled also to no avail. Isthere no where to contact VIKI to report a problem?
