[Solved] The show I’ve been watching on Roku app won’t play anymore, but plays on website. The show is A Dream Of Splendor.

I have been watching A Dream Of Splendor on Viki through Roku for the last few days.  I just went to turn it on and it won’t play.  A message reads “Blocked.  This video is not available.”  I logged out of my account and logged back in to see if that would clear up the issue but it did not.  I can see in the discussions on that drama’s page that others are having the same problem.  Please advise.  Thank you.

    Thanks so much for your patience with us! Our engineers have gotten back to us and this Roku issue has been fixed. Please try to reinstall the channel first if you're still encountering problems.

  • I'm having the same issue. None of my shows are playing on the roku, but are playing just fine on the website.

  • The show Guardian of Ancient Oath is not playing either on Roku, but on my IPhone and computer. Mines saying the show is blocked.

  • Viki Roku is not playing all shows   Is there an issue with the TV streaming connection?  All show play through the computer.   Thanks

  • Having the same issue with only Roku.  Previously started dramas are blocked on Roku but Viki is fine on the internet.
