[Solved] Blocked
Hi I am trying to watch series on my Tv however I don’t know what is going on but it says blocked and it won’t let me watch it, and the series I am trying to watch is ancient love poetry I don’t know what is going on it is playing on my phone just not on my Tv. Please help

I'm having the same issue. Everything either says blocked or Oops! Something went wrong.

I have the same. Most of my continue watching on Roku device on Tv says oops something went wrong or blocked. Story of Ming Lan, Yanxi Palace, a lot of Chinese dramas. Other shows load.
I can load one or two Chinese dramas but all the Korean dramas I'm watching won't load. And if I try to start a new K-drama it says blocked.
Same. Signed up yesterday, watched one episode on my Roku TV (Viki version 3.2 build 0), and now I can't find any shows that have episodes, all produce "blocked" or "oops".
I have tried uninstalling the Viki app, restarting my TV and reinstalling, but no change.
Yes I've tried all the "fixes" posted on the help page and nothing works.
I'm also having the same issue. I was watching Doom At Your Service last night just fine. Now it's saying it's blocked.
WORKED WITH ROKU SUPPORT AND ROKU SAYS IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM AND I TOLD THEM -- IT IS THEIR PROBLEM BECAUSE VIKI IS PROVIDING THEM A BROKEN APP
AND OUR COMMENTS HERE FALL ON DEAF EARS!!!
AND VIKI STATUS ON TWITTER MAKES NO MENTION OF THIS PROBLEM AT ALL!!!
is Viki working on fixing the shows that keep saying blocked. Its letting me watch on my Iphone but not on Roku
I'm also having the same issue. I am able to watch on my Android but not on Roku.
I hope it gets fixed today. This been going on since 6:00 this morning and it’s now 3.32pm. Watching on my phone is just draining my battery
I checked Twitter and nothing is posted on @vikistatus. I also submitted a ticket. Received an email response in French. 😔😤 Translating now.
I have the same issue... blocked on Roku TV but works on phone or pc. I opened a ticket but no response yet.
Same! Glad I’m not the only one scratching their head and sighing with frustration. I can watch on my phone, but would rather not…
This is the response I received from Viki tech support:

Thanks for contacting Viki Support! We're sorry that you're experiencing this issue. Our team is aware of it and will be looking into it as soon as they can.
We forwarded all the information you provided to our engineering team and we expect to have a resolution for this problem when possible.
In the meantime, please watch your Viki shows on your other devices.

Oh that’s not helpful. All that’s going to do is drain your battery and minutes depending on your plan 😩😩
