[Closed] Unable to download episodes

Hi-- I am in the US. I have Viki pass plus. I am trying to download episodes of shooting stars but the episodes just say "waiting" and never actually start downloading. My phone and app are updated so I can't figure out what else I can do. I have also changed my setting to download offline to see if that would work and it didn't. I have an Android. Any suggestions?
