[Closed] Viki Will not load on my RoKu tvs any longer and my subsciption is valid. My ROku has my husband's email but I used to be able to change to mine and now cannot since a few days ago.

  I had the same issue. I was able to fix it by clicking  left on the remote a few times as soon as the app opened.
