[Closed] Viki shows I have a proxy or VPN in use and refuses to stream the series

Viki indicates that a proxy or VPN is in use and therefore no more series can be streamed, but this is not the case. This problem exists since Monday noon. In the morning everything was fine.

I create an update of the support ticket every day, but there is no feedback from Viki. I have attached pictures to my support ticket that show that no proxy or VN is in use. Also my Internet provider (Vodafone) has assured me that the IP address is not linked to a proxy or VPN.
It is only frustrating because there is no solution in sight.
