In regards to your problems with the Continue Watching feature/Watch Markers, please follow the suggested steps below:
If you're watching via the web, do also ensure that you're logged in to your Viki account.
Log out from your account
If you're on the web, clear your browser cache and cookies How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
Close your current window, then launch a new window
Log in to your Viki account
If you're on a web browser, follow the steps here to disable or ensure that adblock is disabled: https://support.viki.com/hc/en-us/articles/229774407
If you are using Firefox, disable your Enhanced Tracking Protection feature for Viki.com
If you are using Chrome, check that you have the Chrome adblock toggled off or that Viki.com is added to the list of 'Allow' sites. Copy this into your browser: chrome://settings/content/ads?search=ad
If you're on mobile, follow the steps here:
Mobile:
Log out from the Viki app.
If you're on an Android device, clean the cache and cookies on your device.
Delete and Reinstall the Viki app.
Log back into your Viki account os-nina.michaela.rodriguez@viki.com by following the steps here.
