[Closed] Airplay/Samsung TV
I've gone through everything I could do including updating ipad, Viki app resetting my Samsung TV with all the suggestions I could find online. YouTube works without any problems when I connect it via Airplay to my Samsung TV but Viki doesn't work. Viki used to work though, up until about several weeks ago. There is no problem with my internet and I reset and did everything I could do trying to fix this problem. Let me know what you can suggest. Thanks

We're sorry to hear that you experienced these issues with Viki while using AirPlay.
Please know that Viki only supports AirPlay viewing between iOS devices and Apple TV. If you are experiencing issues with Viki on AirPlay from an iOS device to a non-Apple TV device, please know that we are currently unable to provide support for this.
We are aware that you may still be able to use AirPlay from your iOS device to a non-Apple TV device on other services/apps. However, other apps may be using other streaming protocols which we don't support.
We'd like to suggest that you take a look at our apps page for more up-to-date information on how else you can watch Viki, including information on our supported Connected TV devices.
If you are experiencing issues with Viki while using AirPlay from an iOS device to an Apple TV, we suggest you take these troubleshooting steps before trying to AirPlay again.
