[Solved] Episodes suddenly not available
I was watching The smile has left your eyes 15,but suddenly the last episode says that is out today and when I want to check it its says that it's not yet available. (It was a minute ago) It did the same thing with episode 46 of 1 night, 2 days. I started watching it on my phone at noon and then when i came back home there was the same message " put today" and yet not avaible to play. I tey unloging, reinstall app on firetv but it's on all the app (phone, web, firetv).

Same thing is happening to me on a different show - Young Lady and Gentleman. The episode I watched yesterday is now showing as not available until October, but the episode after it is available. Happening on both Android TV and Web.
I have found the same problem with Ms. Cupid in Love. Episodes 4 and 11 are now not available. For me this is also on Web and Fire TV.

We're aware that there is an issue with some episodes appearing as not available across different devices (eg. mobile apps, TV apps, Viki.com, etc). You might also notice that the episode thumbnails indicate a negative number of days before it's available (eg. available in -1049 days).
As this issue is intermittent, a temporary solution could be returning after a few hours to check if the episode is available for viewing then.

I see this issue on Let me be Your Knight, episodes 1,5, and 6. According to the page discussion it seems other people have been having an issue with those episodes for at least a week
I'm not sure that the issue with Let me be your Knight is the same issue. In the episode list, it's showing that the episodes are all available, but when I click on them to play one, episodes 1, 5 and 6 give the error message that "There was an error loading this video". This doesn't sound like the same as new episodes not being released across all platforms at the same time.
Only episodes 1-4 of legally romance is showing up for me.
Having this same issue on "The Great Doctor" episode 19... Won't even start, just has the same error message of "sorry there was an error loading this video" no matter what device I use--I've tried computer and mobile devices. My phone adds to this message the error code VSF_6401. This started on March 27th for me. Anyone have any luck fixing it yet?
Hi VIKI, are you really not going to fix non-loading episodes ??? Do something about it, it's been taking too long and it's not fun: (((((
This issue is not resolved.
The same problem exists for Scent of a Woman. other user 1st reported this on 3/21/22. The same listed episodes do not load.

For those of us who pay for this VIKI service, we should be compensated for the long delays in not having this episodes missing problem issue resolved. From 3/21/22 through when you fix it.
"Law of the Jungle" episode 250 is having the same issue

Viki, you guys really going to fix this? This isn’t a temporary issue and on just one type of device. I’m having these issues on both android TV and on my iPhone. Your streaming service has more bugs than any other streaming services I subscribe to!
You also keep saying that the issue is intermittent and to check back. I've been checking back on the episodes I mentioned earlier and they have never loaded for me since I first tried. This is not an intermittent issue. It's a broken link.
