[Closed] won't let me update credit card

  We're sorry to know that you're having a hard time updating your credit card. If you're on a computer/laptop, we suggest doing the following steps first:

  1. Clean the cache and cookies on your browser. For more information on how to do so please visit: https://support.viki.com/hc/en-us/articles/205081670-How-to-clear-cache-and-cookies-on-your-browser- 
  2. Close the browser and restart it again.
  3. If the issue persists, try again from another browser

  To update your credit card information, please go here and update your credit card information on the right-hand side under 'Payment Method' by clicking on "Update Card".
