[Closed] My Email was changed without my permission

I have open 2 tickets and sent 4 messages to Vikki after I received a message stating my email was changed. I can not log into my account & I paid my annual membership. Viki staff have not answered my request for assistance & based on what I am reading here it has happened to others before. How can I get this resolved?
