Viki features and navigation when watching through the viki app are not available on Roku
I have always watched Viki using my Roku. The Viki software that the Roku uses is version 2.11.
Yesterday, I was out and loaded the Viki App onto my Google Pixel 3. When watching Viki using the Viki App (not watching Viki using the Roku) I discovered that the Viki app has an incredible number of helpful features that are missing when I use the Viki channel on my Roku.
I would like to have the same features on the Viki channel on my Roku that are on the Viki App that does not use the Roku. Is this possible?

I watch VIKI on my desk top computer most of the time. But when I watch TV at bedtime my ROKU TV, or the old TV in the kitchen that uses ROKU device, I've noticed the same issue.
I have the same issue. Can’t get to episodes on the television and movie system.
