[Closed] Getting Error "You seem to be using a proxy or VPN."

I had raised a request for this exact same error on Feb15th 2025. The post was closed and a ticket was opened. The ticket was never addressed and i am still facing similar issue since then. Has the open post been closed so that you could ignore an open ticket? Please be a bit more transparent on the whole process. I am a paid subscriber who can't even use the service because your so called VPN partner can't even differentiate between a genuine subscriber and a fraud. I have already lost over a month of my subscription period. Who is going to compensate for this?
