[Closed] Can't Update Browser on PC

I am unable to update the browser on my PC.  That results in my randomly being unable to watch anything. Yesterday I watched shows and today I can't watch anything.  When I've brought it up to VIKI, in the past, I get access the next day, but then months later it happens again!!
