[Closed] CQ viki pass standard payment not successful

Hi! I am a Gold QC and I just received the message "Your plan payment is overdue. Please update your payment method." Would you mind looking into this? It seems like the coupon code that was applied to my account no longer works...(?) Thanks so much!
