video loading is spotty on PC

I have been watching Viki videos for 6 months, no problem. For the past few days the loading has been spotty. I watch a program and then go to another and it won't load, the circle just goes round. This is on my PC only. Is there something I need to do on my computer? I cleared cache and cookies but to no avail. What to do?
