[CLOSED] <email removed for security purposes>

On (about)3-4 l lost my Viki app and call my cable co and was told to uninstall my app.  She couldn't connect me and was told to call Amazon and was connected.  The format was so diff I call them again to question if I was reinstall as a member as it looks as a free trial. That person wrote you for me and I have heard nothing.  I would like to have my old format back and not have comments popping up and just don't like what I have now.  Please answer, correct, thank you.
