[Closed] applied for weekly but got charged for yearly

as the title suggests, i originally bought a weekly plan but for some reason, they changed my plan and charged me for a yearly subscription. i submitted two tickets two days ago and they've ignored both of them. please give me my money back. i have already opened a dispute with my bank.
