[Solved] Viki on Roku not working
Viki loads shows everything as usual but when I try and watch any shows or movies it starts to load the episode gets to either 13 or 33% then kicks me back to main Roku screen
I’ve restarted the Roku
Logged out/logged back in
Uninstalled/Reinstalled
Checked for updates (none available)
and am still having the same problem

Exact same problem I am experiencing. All other streaming services working fine on Roku. Viki is the only problematic streaming service.

Same problem, since this morning, I click on the video, and it goes from 13% to 33% and then it kicks back to the homepage with the app. Yes it is frustrating

Our team is working with Roku to resolve this issue on the new Viki channel version 2.10 and Roku OS 9.4.
As an interim solution, we have temporarily removed thumbnail previews on the channel so you may continue to watch your favourite shows without the issue.
We appreciate your understanding during this period and will provide updates on the fix when possible.
