  Hi there,

  Please follow the steps here to log in via code on your Fire TV app:

  1. From the Fire TV Viki app, go to Sign In >> Login with Facebook, Google or Rakuten. You'll get a code to enter on another mobile device or computer.
  2. From a computer or mobile device browser visit Viki.com/firetv. Make sure you're logged in to your account and enter the code that appears on your Fire TV.
  3. Once you submit the code, the Fire TV Viki app will restart and you'll be logged in.
