Channel Access

Have been unable to access Viki all week. Same as others. Can access via Comcast. Please fix this since I am paying extra for this service.

    1. What device you're currently experiencing issues with?
    2. If the issues are happening on the app, what app version is it?
    3. If the issues are happening on the Web, what browser version are you using?
    4. More details about your issue - eg. are you not able to open the page/app or load a specific video?
    5. A screenshot of the issue or any error messages you might see.
