[Closed] Viki subtitles not working in Roku TV

I have tried all the fixes mentioned before and still it is not working... I do have Viki Pass Plus.

    Thanks for writing in to us.

    Please try these steps to adjust your subtitle settings first:

    • Check that the 'CC' icon on the bottom left of the video screen is togged on in blue
      1. Select any video to play
      2. Pause the video 
      3. Look for the 'CC' icon on the bottom left of the screen
    • The 'Language' settings page on your Roku device settings:
      1. Visit the Main Menu of your Roku device's homepage (not Viki)
      2. Select Settings and look for System then Language
      3. Select 'English' or the desired language for your system

    If the subtitle issues still persists after, please provide:

    • What are the specific episodes and timestamp with the missing subtitle (eg. Hotel Del Luna ep 3 around 35:05)?
    • What language subtitle?
    • A screenshot/photo of the 'CC icon' toggled on in blue.

  • Everything is turn to closed caption it's the beginning of the movie and take my word for it the blue cc is there on the keft side of the screen. Nothing is working period.

  • I'm having the same issue with all content on my roku TV. I've been trying to watch Running Man 528, 529, or 530. As well as The Return of Superman 359, 360, 361. I've also tried Please Take Care of my Refrigerator and it has also not worked. Everything was working a few days ago and I've tried all the suggested fixes and nothing has solved it.
