[Closed] where is my account?

My Viki Account no longer appears. I am being prompted to start all over to pay a monthly subscription. Why? My email is the same and so is the password. I was able to log in via my computer, however, my account is not showing my subscription etc. I can't log n on my iPhone either.

PLEASE HELP.

    Thanks for writing in to us.

    We looked up your account, and it appears that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you are logged in with this email address.

    As you have also written in to us via the Help Center, we have responded there with more details. Please help to reply there too as this post will be closed to prevent multiple requests confusion.
