[Solved] subscription to vik plus

I can log in but it says i am not subscribed to viki plus. Been a member for more than 2 years now.

I tried the forgot password method, no email has been sent to me. Checked spam too.

Please help me solve this asap. Thank you.

For me I can log in and it says that I am a member but when I watch my series it's as if I wasn't because ads are playing
