[Closed] Does Roku still connect with Viki?

We just got a Roku device and trying to add Viki to my streaming channels. Have loaded the app, deleted and reloaded. When the app opens the choices show up but no recommended videos.  I tried generating a code to enter to the Viki website, does not load. I entered my user email and password a couple of times and it does not connect.  I am in USA. We purchased the Roku Premiere+.   Any ideas on how to get it to work or is Viki no longer supported.  Is this a temporary problem due to the virus outbreak?

    Are you still having the same issues with the Viki channel on Roku? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    1. Which device and model number are you using? (Go to the Roku homepage > Settings > System > About)
    2. The version and build of your Viki Channel (Go to the Roku homepage > Scroll over to the Viki Channel > Press * to see the Version and Build)
    3. A screenshot, picture or short video of the error message or issue.
